Vinyasa 1 Semi-Private Yoga Class

Tuesdays at 5:30pm, beginning March 22
 (5-week class)

This vinyasa flow (breath to movement)
class will provide an opportunity for students to connect with their breath,
release stress from their daily lives and build strength and flexibility.
Through mindful movement, students will learn or enhance their understanding of
basic yoga asanas (postures) while also building confidence and mind-body
awareness. This class is gentle enough for beginners but will also challenge
practitioners with some experience.
