Presentations and Lectures are available for your corporate or group needs. Speaking engagements can encompass any or all aspects of nutrition, physical fitness, and overall health, and are geared toward creating an individual's personal best.
Presentation outlines are prepared after spending time with each corporate or group host to be sure we are meeting the needs of the audience. Topics and presentation styles are adapted to each group depending upon the goals and/or theme of the lecture.
Professional topics may include:
- What message do you give to others when you are or are not taking care of yourself?
- What tools do you use to be successful in business, and how can you use the same tools to achieve a higher level of personal health and growth?
Teen presentations are very interactive and include small group activities to help demonstrate and solidify kids' understanding of nutrition. Sample topics include:
- You will soon be "Parenting" yourself and controlling your decisions on your overall health. How will you choose?
- How good health affects your activities, your emotions, your life!
All group audiences are given a question and answer period and are provided with handouts pertinent to lecture or presentation content. Follow-up support can be given via e-mail or one-on-one counseling.
Most presentations are 1.5 hours in length.

Ann - I wanted to say what a FANTASTIC job you did! You were 100% on. The kids got it, you were fun, you were interactive, and the message was clear. I loved some of your easy examples to remember...it was fantastic!!!
I asked the kids the next day and they loved it. They were talking about the pyramid, and analyzing their dinner and that day's food. "I ate in the pyramid." It was so cool to see. I even heard from two parents that the kids (two boys) discussed it at dinner that night. Great job - your passion and knowledge shines through!
I would love to have you do another presentation to the staff - I know they would love to hear you speak. In addition, I really want to have you speak to my next trimester's health class. It was that good of a lecture! I make many referrals and I could refer you with confidence.
Thank you again, Ann. It was great to meet you and have you speak (loved it!) and I look forward to working with you again soon.
