Lis has been practicing yoga since 2007 and is passionateabout the transformative powers of breath and movement. She completed herRYT-200 teacher training here in San Diego and since then has been dedicated to helping her students increase their mind-body connection, selfawareness and confidence. Her teaching is influenced by vinyasa, hatha, bikramand yin. Her current Tuesday evening class is vinyasa inspired; linking breath tomovement. When off her mat, she works in sustainability for a global technology firmand loves to travel.
